Edward Booze - Founder, Operator, & CEOA Producer & Composer for Film & Television, Edward has also worked in K-12, Middle, & Elementary after-school programming for the last 20 years. Through his tenure, Edward has innovated & implemented this one of a kind heavy enrichment, project based program. This original programming started with a Songwriters Workshop where the youth & Edward together wrote, recorded, & performed their own music. That program has since been embraced at Marshall, Muir, Burroughs, Henry, Tincher, Hamilton, Lindsey, Fedde, & more. Also, in other community organizations throughout Southern California. He has directed after school programming at both elementary & middle schools in LBUSD as well. Edward has worked in conjunction with multiple agencies including Campfire USA, ICES, LBCAP, & closely with not only teacher liaisons, but also heads of special projects at LBUSD, ABCSD, & LAUSD. Most recently the program has shown great achievements in Young Adults with Developmental disabilities at Benjamin Tucker Elementary in LBUSD. The Arts & Enrichment Academy is Edward’s next step in bringing this vision of heavy enrichment, project based learning to youth in after-school programs everywhere.
